STAR structural element is a GFRP bolt for tunnel face consolidation.

it is very  rigid, to facilitate the introduction into the drilling, even with  closing soils, and offers a wider contact surface to improve the  adhesion with the injectied mortar, also thanks to the surface  coated with quartz sand.
